Illegal Immigrants Will Not Recieve Federal Payments for Health Care, Says the Bill

I really would like to take more time to read H.R. 3200, as I did not see this part of the bill:
H.R. 3200: Sec 246 — NO FEDERAL PAYMENT FOR UNDOCUMENTED ALIENS
Nothing in this subtitle shall allow Federal payments for affordability credits on behalf of individuals who are not lawfully present in the United States.
Read Sec 246 here.

The health care bill is far from being plain language, but this part of the bill is very clear. Although I oppose H.R. 3200, I have to admit that I was mistaken on illegal immigrants - so far. Will they still receive federal payments for health care? Only time can tell, but one thing is for certain: The health care bill says otherwise.

Obviously, bills can be modified after being passed, but it would be pretty sneaky of anyone to change this even in the slightest manner. Fellow conservatives: At least admit that illegal immigrants aren't said to receive federal benefits under this bill as of now, even if actions prove otherwise later on.

Another point people make, however, is that our immigration policy is very confusing, and people have been known to manipulate the system. Readers, please comment.

Even though illegal immigrants are barred from federal benefits in the bill, will they still receive benefits?
